Welcome to our frequently asked questions page. Here we answer some of the more common questions about our boats, our technologies and our company. How do I change my address or name?

Please email your information to Doral. Be sure to include your boat's serial number and a phone number where you can be reached.

Can I order parts directly through Doral?

All parts must be ordered through an authorized Doral dealer. To find a dealer near you please visit our dealer locator or email us at Doral. Please be sure to include your request in the comments field.

Can I order my boat directly from the factory?

Doral has an established International dealer network. All boats must be purchased through an authorized Doral dealer. We do not sell direct from the factory.

How do I find an owner's manual for my Doral?

Many older owner's manuals are still available. If not an original ... a copy can be provided. Please contact Doral. You can also contact your local Doral dealer and supply them with your serial number. This can all be done by phone with a credit card payment and the manual will be delivered to your home.

How do I transfer the warranty on my boat?

In order to qualify for the remaining warranty on your Doral, you must transfer the warranty within 30 days of your purchase. The transfer fee will depend on the model year of the boat. What if I cannot locate an authorized Doral dealer in my area?

Please contact us directly at Doral before any warranty service is performed on your boat. We will work together with you to help you locate a qualified dealership.

How can I tell what model year my boat is?

On the upper right hand corner of the transom you will find a series of letters and numbers. The last two digits are the model year of your boat.

How do I get more information on my older model Doral?

We have an extensive archive of information on older models. Please email us at Doral for more information.
